Set your workspace subdomain

Your workspace can be accessed at a subdomain of your choosing. This article covers setting your workspace subdomain.

Setting a subdomain

1. Go to Admin Console → Workspace → Branding tab.
2. Under Workspace subdomain, type your desired subdomain into the field between the fixed https:// prefix and .edoro.ai suffix.
3. Rules are checked as you type:
   • Only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens are allowed.
   • It can't start or end with a hyphen.
   • It must be between 3 and 63 characters.
   • It must not already be taken by another workspace — availability is checked automatically a moment after you stop typing, and a duplicate is also caught when you save.
4. Click Save changes.

Click the undo icon next to the label to clear the subdomain back to its default.
