Customize the login page (background, heading, footer links, custom CSS)

The login page shown to your workspace's members and guests can be customized, including its background, heading, and footer links. This article covers customizing the login page.

Manage this from Admin Console → Workspace → Login page tab. A live preview on the right shows how your changes will look.

Background image​

Upload a background image to replace the default dot-grid pattern — JPG, PNG, or WebP, up to 2 MB. Click Remove on an uploaded image to clear it.

Heading and subheading​

  • Heading — the main headline on the login page, up to 40 characters (a live counter shows how many are left).
  • Subheading — supporting text below the headline, up to 60 characters.

Three fixed links can be set: Knowledge Base URL, Contact Us URL, and Terms & Privacy URL. Leave any of them blank to omit that link from the login page footer.

Saving​

Click Save changes to apply your edits, or Restore All Defaults to reset the login page (and branding) back to defaults.

Custom CSS for the login page is not currently exposed as an editable field in the admin console.
