Sharing a whole project publicly

An entire project can be shared via a public link so people outside the workspace can view its contents. This article covers enabling and configuring project sharing.

Turning on public sharing​

  1. Open the project and go to its Share section.
  2. Expand Access, and under "Who can access" choose Anyone with the link.
  3. Copy the public link shown under Public link.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Anyone holding that link can open the project's public page without an Edoro account, subject to whatever guest authentication you've set (see Setting a project's access level and guest login).

Turning it off​

Switch "Who can access" to Only invited reviewers or Only people in this workspace and save. The public link stops resolving immediately for anyone still holding it.

Click the reset icon next to the public link to replace it with a new one — the old link stops working right away, and invitees who access the project by invite rather than by the public link are unaffected.
