Invite someone to review an asset (proof-level)

You can invite a specific reviewer to a single asset without giving them broader project access. This article covers sending a proof-level review invite.

Steps

1. Open the asset and go to its Share tab.
2. Under "Share with people", type the person's email (or search by name to pick an existing workspace member or a group) and select them from the suggestions, or press Enter after typing a valid email.
3. Set their permission before sending: Can approve (approve or reject) or Can comment (comment only, no decision) — both can be selected together.
4. Click the send button.

The person is added to the invitee list for that asset and receives an invite email pointing at it. If they already have a workspace account, they gain in-app access right away (switching workspace if it isn't already their default); if not, an account is created for them automatically so the emailed link works without them setting a password.

Changing or removing access afterward

• Click the permission badge next to an invitee's name to change what they can do.
• Click the X on their row to remove their access.
