Bulk-invite reviewers to a proof

You can invite multiple reviewers to a proof at once instead of sending invites one by one. This article covers bulk-inviting reviewers.

Steps

1. In a project or the All Assets view, select multiple assets using their checkboxes.
2. Click Share.
3. Add one or more people by email, or pick from the suggestions (individual members or whole groups), setting each person's permission — Can approve or Can comment — as you add them.
4. Click send.

What happens

Each person you add is invited to every selected asset in the batch — the panel shows how many invites that adds up to (people × assets) before you send. Any asset you don't own, or any invite that duplicates one already sent, is skipped and listed separately rather than blocking the rest of the batch. Folders included in the selection are skipped automatically; only actual assets receive invites.
