Access a proof shared to your email

When a proof is shared to your email address, you can open it directly from the invite without a full workspace account. This article covers accessing a proof this way.

Steps​

  1. Open the invite email you received and click the link in it.
  2. The link opens the proof viewer directly, using a personal token tied to your invite — no workspace login is required.
  3. If the proof also has a password set, enter it when prompted before it loads.

If you also have a workspace account​

If you have an Edoro account using the same email address the invite was sent to, you can also reach the asset by logging in and switching into the workspace it was shared from, in addition to using the emailed link. If the invite was sent to a different email than the one your account uses, only the emailed link will work for you.
