Organize assets: star, move, and trash
Assets can be starred for quick access, moved between folders or projects, or sent to trash. This article covers these organizing actions.
Starring an asset
Open an asset's action menu (or select multiple assets) and choose Add to starred. Choose Remove from starred to unstar it.
Moving an asset
Open the action menu and choose Move to relocate the asset to a different project or folder. If you're moving a folder into a destination that already has a folder with the same name, you'll be asked to Replace it, Keep both (renamed with a numeric suffix like "(2)"), or go back and choose a different destination.
Sending an asset to trash
Open the action menu and choose Move to Trash (or use the bulk action after selecting multiple assets). This requires the Delete asset permission.
Restoring or permanently deleting
Open the Trash page to see everything that's been deleted. From there you can:
- Restore an item to bring it back where it was.
- Restore All to restore everything in trash at once.
- Delete Permanently to remove an item for good.
If an asset's parent project or folder is still in trash, restoring the asset on its own asks whether to restore it to the root instead.
Items left in trash are automatically and permanently deleted after 30 days.
