Comment on a specific video timestamp

Video proofs support leaving a comment tied to an exact playback timestamp. This article covers adding a timestamped video comment.

Adding a timestamped comment

1. Play (or scrub to) the point in the video you want to comment on, then pause.
2. Add your comment as usual from the Comments tab.
3. The comment is anchored to that playback position and is shown in the comment feed with its timestamp (or a start–end range, for a comment spanning a portion of the video).

Jumping to a comment's timestamp

Comments anchored to the video are sorted alongside general comments in the feed, with their timestamp displayed. Use the timestamp to locate the same point in the video.
