Attach files to a proof comment

You can attach supporting files to a proof comment, such as a reference image. This article covers attaching files to a comment.

Attaching a file

1. In the comment composer, click the paperclip icon and choose a file.
2. The file name appears in the composer — click the x next to it to remove it before sending.
3. Add your comment text (optional if you're only sending the attachment) and click Comment.

Supported files

Attachments are limited to images and PDF files, up to 2 MB.

Removing an attachment

Once posted, an attachment can be removed from its comment by its author. Deleting a comment's only attachment removes the comment along with it.
