Tour of the project detail page
The project detail page brings together a project's Assets, Tasks, Timeline, Share, Activity Log, and Actions tabs in one place. This article gives a quick tour of each tab.
The header
At the top of the page you'll find:
- The project's initials avatar and name. Owners can rename the project inline by hovering the name and clicking the pencil icon, or jump to another project with the chevron next to it (opens a searchable project switcher).
- A subtitle strip with the asset count, the project's default proof workflow (if one is set), the active workflow stage and its members (when assets are mid-review), a due date you can set or clear inline, a computed status badge, and — for projects with proofs — an approved/total proof progress bar.
- A schema chip — click it (owner only) to apply or change the project's details schema; once a schema is applied, its filled-in fields appear as pills below the header, and a banner prompts you to fill them in if they're still empty.
- A tags row, if any tags are attached.
- A "…" actions menu with Share and Download all assets.
The tabs
- Assets — the project's files and folders, in grid or list view. See Switching between grid and list view and Organizing a project with folders.
- Tasks — the project's task board.
- Timeline — a Gantt-style view of the project's tasks. Visible only to project owners or teammates with the Timeline permission.
- Share — add or remove project members, set the project's access level, and manage its public link. See Adding project members.
- Activity Log — a searchable, filterable history of everything that's happened on the project (renames, workflow and schema changes, folder and asset moves, membership changes, and more).
- Actions — visible only to project owners or teammates with the Manage project permission.
Each tab has a keyboard shortcut shown next to its label (1–6) once the project page has focus.
