Adding project members

You can add specific teammates to a project so they can see and work on it. This article covers adding and removing project members from the project's Share tab (see Tour of the project detail page).

Inviting someone

  1. Open the project and go to the Share tab.
  2. In the Share with people section, type an email address into the chip input — matching workspace members and groups appear as suggestions as you type.
  3. Next to each suggestion, tick the permissions to grant: Approve (approve or reject assets) and/or Comment (add comments on assets). Viewing the project's assets doesn't require either — it's implicit once someone has access.
  4. Click the send button to invite them.

Only project owners can invite people. A brand-new email with no Edoro account is invited as an external reviewer; an email that matches an existing account is added as a regular member.

Managing existing members

Once invited, people appear as a collapsed "N people have access" summary — click it to expand the list. For each member you can:

  • Click their permission badges to open a checklist and toggle Approve / Comment.
  • Click the X next to their row to remove them from the project.

Removing someone here also removes any asset-level sharing they had on assets in this project.

Still on the Share tab, the Access section (owners only) controls who can reach the project at all:

  • Anyone with the link — public; reveals a Public link you can copy, plus an optional Guest authentication step (Off / Email code / Password) before guests can view it.
  • Only invited reviewers — only the people you've explicitly invited above.
  • Only people in this workspace — blocks all external guest access.

Click Save Changes after adjusting these. For more on the difference between these access levels and how invited/guest access behaves, see Internal access vs. shareable link access, Setting a project's access level and guest login, and What guest reviewers can and cannot do.
