Edit your profile information

Your profile holds personal details like your name and title that appear to teammates across the workspace. This article covers where to update this information.

Where to find it​

Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of the app, then select My Profile. The Profile Information section sits below your avatar and name at the top of the page.

Editing your details​

  1. Click Edit next to the "Profile Information" heading. The fields become editable — until you do, they're shown greyed out and read-only.
  2. Update any of:
    • First Name and Last Name — both required, 2–50 characters each.
    • Designation — your job title, e.g. "Creative Director" (up to 100 characters).
    • Company Name — up to 100 characters.
  3. Click Save Changes to apply your edits, or Cancel to discard them and revert the fields.

A tooltip next to the "Profile Information" heading reminds you that your name and title are visible to collaborators and reviewers when they hover over your name elsewhere in the app.
