Delete your account
You can permanently delete your personal account from Edoro. This article covers what happens to your data and workspace memberships when you do.
Before you start
This action cannot be undone. Deleting your account permanently removes your projects, assets, files, workflow templates, team rosters, and workspace settings. Audit records are anonymised rather than deleted outright.
Steps
- Open My Profile.
- Click Delete Account, next to your name at the top of the page (shown in red, alongside Change Password).
- Read the warning, then type DELETE in the confirmation field to enable the delete button.
- Click Permanently Delete to confirm, or Cancel to close the dialog without deleting anything.
What happens next
Once confirmed, deletion runs as a background job. A progress bar and step-by-step status message show what's currently being removed. When it completes, you're automatically signed out. If deletion fails partway through, you'll see an error message and can contact support — your account is not left in a deleted state until the process finishes successfully.
