Downloading a full archive report
A full archive report packages up a proof's history and comments into a single downloadable report. This article covers generating and downloading an archive report.
Steps
- Open the asset and expand its version history.
- Next to the version you want, click the download icon.
- Click Archive Report.
Like the commented PDF, the report is built per asset type — one page per commented image/PDF page, one page per commented video timestamp (with the extracted frame), or one page per distinct URL/viewport captured for webproof and HTML/MFE proofs. If a version has no comments yet, the report still generates with a cover page. The file downloads as <asset name>-v<version>-archive-report.pdf.
