Ask AI questions about your metrics

You can ask the dashboard's AI directly about your metrics instead of just reading the cards. This article covers asking questions about your metrics.

Asking a question​

  1. On the VR Dashboard, use the chat panel on the right, under Ask about metrics.
  2. Type your question in the box at the bottom and click the send button (or press Enter).
  3. If you haven't asked anything yet, you can also click one of the suggested prompts (for example, "Which stage is the biggest bottleneck?") to ask it directly.

What it can answer​

The assistant answers using the same live metrics shown on your dashboard cards — current values, trends, and your baseline if you've set one — so it can speak to things like why a metric looks the way it does, which card is most concerning right now, or how two metrics relate to each other. It's grounded in your workspace's own numbers, not a general knowledge base, so if the data doesn't support an answer it's expected to say so rather than guess.

Usage limit​

Each person can ask up to 20 questions per day; the remaining count is shown next to the chat header. The limit resets daily.

Managing the conversation​

Your question-and-answer history stays visible in the panel as you keep asking. Click the X next to the chat header to clear it and start fresh.
