Complete the workspace onboarding wizard
The first time you sign up, Edoro walks you through a short 3-step wizard that sets sensible defaults for your workspace. Everything here can be changed later, so don't overthink it.
Set your workspace's visibility mode (Open vs Restricted)
Every workspace has a visibility mode that decides what a member sees by default when they're added:
Invite and manage team members
Admins and workspace owners invite teammates and manage their membership from Admin Console → People → Members.
Resend a pending invitation
A member shows as pending until they accept their invite (their Last Active column reads "Never"). Only pending members show a resend option.
Switch between multiple workspaces
If you belong to more than one workspace, a workspace switcher appears in the app header (it's hidden entirely if you only belong to one).
Accept a workspace invitation
When someone invites you to a workspace, you get an email with a link. What happens next depends on your account state.
Sign in with Google
The login page has a Google button (next to a Microsoft button) for signing in with your Google account instead of typing a password.
