Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription

You can change what's included in your plan, switch billing cycles, or cancel entirely from the billing page.

Changing your plan

  1. From Plan & Billing, click Manage Subscription. This opens a dedicated page for customizing your resources.
  2. Adjust what you need:
    • Slider-based resources (team members, storage, weblinks, workflows, and similar) — drag to add blocks; each block's price and running total are shown as you move it.
    • Toggle-based add-ons — switch these on or off.
    • One-time setup and training add-ons are listed separately and are billed once, not monthly.
  3. Choose Monthly or Annual billing.
  4. Continue to the payment step, choose your currency (USD or INR) and payment method (PayPal or Razorpay — INR is Razorpay-only), and complete checkout.

What happens next depends on the type of change:

  • Adding resources on your current cycle is charged today, prorated for the days left in your billing period.
  • Switching from monthly to annual charges the new annual amount today, but the new plan's entitlements only take over at your current cycle's natural renewal.
  • Reducing resources on your current cycle, or switching from annual to monthly where the switch works out to a credit, is deferred — nothing is charged now, and the change takes effect on your plan's next billing date. You can cancel a pending deferred change from the banner on the main Plan & Billing page before it takes effect.
  • Switching from annual to monthly where it works out to a shortfall is charged immediately instead.

If you haven't subscribed to a paid plan yet and are eligible, you'll instead see the option to start a 14-day free trial.

Cancelling your subscription

  1. From Plan & Billing, click Cancel subscription (only shown on an active paid plan).
  2. Review the confirmation dialog. It states:
    • Your plan remains active until your current renewal date; it simply won't renew after that.
    • Your workspace — projects, uploaded files, workflows, comments, team members, and settings — is permanently deleted on that date. You'll get reminder emails 7 days and 24 hours beforehand, and resubscribing before the date keeps everything intact.
    • Which specific usage limits (team members, storage, weblinks, workflows) you'll lose access to.
  3. Click Yes, cancel to confirm, or Keep my plan to back out.

After cancelling, the Plan & Billing page shows a "plan is cancelled" banner with your access-until date for as long as the current cycle lasts.
