Understand your current plan and usage metrics
The Plan & Billing page (Admin Console → Plan & Billing) shows your current plan, how your usage compares against its limits, and which add-ons are active.
Reading the current plan card
- Plan name and status — a badge shows ACTIVE or CANCELLING next to the plan name.
- Price and billing cycle — the amount shown is per cycle, with a note for Billed monthly or Billed annually.
- Renewal date — labeled Next renewal normally, or Cancels on if you've cancelled.
- Above the card, banners appear when relevant:
- A payment-failed banner if your last charge didn't go through, with a button to update your payment method.
- An expired-plan banner if a custom plan has lapsed, with a Resubscribe button.
- A cancelled-plan banner confirming you keep full access until the renewal date.
- A scheduled-change banner if you've switched billing cycle or plan and the change is taking effect on a future date — this includes an option to cancel the pending change.
Reading usage metrics
Below the plan card, each metric shows what you've used against what your plan allows, with a percentage badge and a progress bar:
- Team members
- Storage (shown in MB or GB, whichever is more readable)
- Weblinks
- Workflows
The bar and badge change color as usage climbs: green under 70% used, amber from 70–89%, and red at 90% or higher, with an "Almost full" flag once you hit the red zone.
If a metric isn't included in your current plan at all, its card appears dimmed with a lock icon and a short description of the feature, plus an + Add to plan button that takes you to Manage Subscription.
Add-ons
Below usage, the Add-ons section shows whether 3rd-Party Integrations (Salesforce, S3, Jira, Make, and BYOS code) and Custom Domain (CNAME) white-labelling are active on your workspace. Each shows an Active badge when enabled, or a + Add to plan button when it isn't.
