Connect Slack, Google Drive, and other integrations

Edoro can connect to external services — Slack, Google Drive, Google Sheets, OneDrive, Dropbox, Box, AWS S3, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, ClickUp, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Asana, and Microsoft Teams, among others — from one workspace-wide Integrations page. Once connected, a service is available as an action you can add to any workflow stage, the same way a default action is.

Connecting an integration

  1. Go to Admin Console → Content → Integrations.
  2. Use the search box or the category filters (Storage, Project Management, Communication, CRM, ERP, Automation) to find the service.
  3. Click Connect on its card. What happens next depends on the service's authentication type (shown at the bottom of the card):
    • OAuth 2.0 (Slack, Teams, Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) — a popup opens for you to sign in and authorize Edoro. The card updates to Connected once the popup closes and the connection is verified.
    • API Key (AWS S3, and similar services) — a dialog asks for the credentials that service needs (for AWS S3: access key, secret key, bucket, etc.).
    • Webhook — a dialog asks for the destination webhook URL.
  4. For Slack and Microsoft Teams, connecting isn't enough on its own — you're prompted right after to choose which channel(s) notifications should post to. You can revisit this later from the card's Change link.

Managing a connected integration

  • A connected card shows a Connected badge and a Disconnect button.
  • If a token expires or the connection breaks, the card shows an Error badge with a Reconnect button instead.
  • Clicking Disconnect asks for confirmation, then removes the connection from the workspace.

Using an integration in a workflow

  1. Go to Admin Console → Content → Workflows, open the workflow, and expand the stage you want it on.
  2. Open the Actions panel, choose On stage start or On stage complete, click + Add Action. Connected integrations appear alongside your workspace's actions in the picker.
  3. Select the integration. Some (like Slack or Teams) open a small inline config (e.g. picking a channel or board) before they're added to the stage.

Some integrations on the page (e.g. Odoo, SAP, Make, Zapier) are marked Coming Soon and can't be connected yet.
