Complete the workspace onboarding wizard

The first time you sign up, Edoro walks you through a short 3-step wizard that sets sensible defaults for your workspace. Everything here can be changed later, so don't overthink it.

Step 1 — Tell us about your work

Onboarding wizard step 1: three questions about industry, team type, and team size

Three quick questions so Edoro can pick sensible defaults:

  • What will you use Edoro for? — a dropdown of industry/use-case options.
  • Who will be working in here? — pick one:
    • Just me — a workspace of one, for now.
    • An in-house team — colleagues at the same company.
    • Clients & freelancers — people outside your company.
  • How many people, roughly? — pick 1, 2–10, 11–50, or 50+.

You can select Skip these questions if you'd rather not answer, or Continue once you're done.

Step 2 — Set up your workspace

  • Workspace name — shown in the workspace switcher and on invite emails (e.g. "Northwind Studio").

  • When you add a teammate, what should they see? — this sets your workspace's visibility mode:

    • Everything in the workspace — best for in-house teams; members see all projects and assets.
    • Only what's shared with them — best with clients or freelancers; nothing is visible until you share it.

Based on your answer in Step 1, Edoro pre-selects one of these and explains why (e.g. "You said you work with clients and freelancers, so we've set this to Restricted…"). See Set your workspace's visibility mode for what this controls in detail.

Continue stays disabled until you've entered a workspace name.

Step 3 — Invite your team (optional)

  • Email addresses — type or paste addresses separated by commas or Enter.
  • Each added person gets a role dropdown: Team member, Reviewer, or Admin.

This step is entirely optional — you can skip it and invite people later from the Admin Console (see Invite and manage team members). The finish button reads Send invites & finish if you've added people, or Finish setup if you haven't.
